Wow! What a lovely intellectual stroll Todd guided us through today on the issues of power/knowledge and his distinction of how Foucault and Michael contemplate the idea of ‘practice’ differently.
I find the more Todd assists us in beginning to understand the nuances and broader strokes of Michel Foucault the closer we can arrive at a much lager appreciation and understanding of Michael’s version of narrative therapy. My question is: how are the majority of narrative therapy training schools and workshop presenters linking Foucault’s ideas to narrative practice?
